Waitlist and Contact: Privacy Notice (KVKK)

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), this notice explains how personal data collected through the waitlist and contact form is processed. It covers this form only.

Data processed and purpose
The name, email, company, role, sector, project scale and message you enter are processed only to add you to the waitlist and to contact you. They are not used for advertising or shared with third parties.
Legal basis
Your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1) and the need to fulfil your request.
Retention
For the duration of the waitlist, deleted after 24 months at the latest. Deleted earlier on request.
Transfers
Form submissions are received through our form provider Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA); your data may therefore be processed abroad. The transfer abroad relies on your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 9). Your data is not sold or handed to other third parties.
Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction and deletion, object, and claim compensation for damage. Contact: info@weldtracker.ai. If you do not consent you cannot submit the form; you can reach us at this address.
